recurring subscriptions
Sprout joy over and over again with a Posy Laboratory flower subscription! Great for your home, office, retail store, restaurant, hotel – pretty much anywhere you want to have repeat pretty.
Our floral delivery offerings – that use what is currently in bloom in our own garden or sourced from local vendors – can show up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly at the location of your choice. By subscribing for repeat flower delivery, you save 10% each order compared to individually purchasing our flower delivery bouquets. Our sustainable subscription program also allows us to cut down on waste by reusing the vases. That means we’ll pick up your old arrangements when we bring the new ones, clean the vases and put them back into our inventory to be used again, and compost any old plant material. And, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Please note that all our bouquets are designer's choice.
This allows our talented floral artist to create freely and express her artistic vision. However, if you have a specific request or customization in mind, please feel free to email us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
delivering
Delivery window:
We deliver between the hours of 12pm and 5pm most days of the week. When you place your order, you’ll choose from the following delivery window options: 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm, or anytime between 11am-5pm. If none of those work for you, please still reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
timing
Order your first subscription at least 1 week in advance.
While we hope to change that to be more accommodating in the future, please place your order at least 1 week from when you want your first arrangement delivered. If you need it quicker, please still reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
refunds
We cannot accept refunds on floral products.
Sales are considered final on floral products and we cannot accept refunds. Please contact us via email if you have any issues with your order. Your satisfaction is always our top priority.
care
We’ll send along some care instructions.
With your delivery, we’ll be sure to give the recipient some tips on keeping the arrangement looking fresh the longest possible plus what to do with it once it’s done.
Keep away from pets!
Many flowers and greens can be toxic to pets. Please keep furry friends away from our arrangements including any plant parts that may drop.
