Info on sustainability

In the world of petals and posies, our commitment goes beyond beauty – it's about embracing a greener way of living. We try to make every element of our bouquets and packaging a chapter in our sustainability story with each choice reflecting our dedication to a planet-friendly journey.

Every component tells a green story.

Water Absorbent Eco-Wrap

When you unwrap your bouquet, you might notice water absorbent cloth hugging the stems and keeping them hydrated during transport. This wrap is 100% home compostable, plant-based, sustainable, biodegradable, and re-usable. It’s always foam and plastic-free.

Bouquet Sleeves

The kraft paper cradling your blooms is as sustainable as it gets – it's biodegradable, recyclable, and compostable.

Hemp Twine

The beeswax hemp twine that keeps your tag in place is eco-friendly and ready to compost.

Hang Tags

Even the hang tags play their part – crafted from recycled card stock with 10% post-consumer waste from papers made from recycled materials that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill. They're FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified and recyclable, which means their content is traceable to sustainably managed forests.

Just for You Note Cards

You can recycle these cards since they don’t contain special printing finishes like metallic foil, paint, or wax.

Note Card Sticks

The sticks we use to display note cards are made of eco-friendly bamboo.

Vases

If you're in possession of one of our vases, we urge you to keep its cycle alive through reuse or donation. We also encourage you to contact us to retrieve it once your flowers are done, provided you are in the local area. We will continue its life while sprouting joy in others.

Flowers

Compost them! Or send your finished flowers back our way if you're local, and we'll compost them, continuing the green cycle.

Personal Florals Boxes

If you received a boutonniere, corsage, or other personal floral item in one of our boxes, you can reuse, recycle, or even return them to us.
