gift card FAQ
Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes. We cannot create or ship physical gift cards. Gift cards are only available through our store as an email.
When redeeming the gift card, during checkout, a gift card’s value is subtracted from the order total. This includes taxes and shipping.
Gift cards never expire.
Gift cards cover taxes and shipping.
Purchasing a gift card isn't subject to tax. However, our store's tax rules apply to any order made with a gift card.
If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It's not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts apply to orders made using a gift card.
You can cancel and refund unused gift cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
You can refund purchases made with a gift card. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.
When purchasing a gift card, you will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase. Therefore, you cannot buy multiple gift cards in one order nor purchase a gift card with other products. You will need to create separate orders to buy another gift card or to purchase other products.
You cannot set custom values on a gift card, but you can select multiple gift card values for more options.
To check the gift card balance, the recipient receives an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance appears.
If you lose your gift card code, we can resend the original gift card email.
It's not possible for you to add value to a gift card after it's purchased.
You cannot set a specific time to send the email to the recipient. If you want to send the email to the recipient later, you should select the Email to You delivery option at checkout and then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.
